Your invoice for a deposit will be emailed and includes instructions on how to make a payment, whether you plan to pay by check or digital check.

Please note that your registration is not complete without a deposit. Additional invoices for payments will be received in April as well as July. Final payment will be due August 1st.

Submit

For cancellations made prior to August 1st, both the Facility and Camp fees will be retained. In addition, if a cancellation is made within two weeks prior to the weekend, meal costs will also be retained. If you need to cancel, we will make every effort to return as much of your deposit and/or payments as we can.
